Special Olympics of New Jersey

Chief amongst our efforts is the annual NJYIP Fun Run in Atlantic City to benefit Special Olympics New Jersey. Collaborative efforts with PIANJ have achieved almost $2.6 million to date. To learn more about Special Olympics, click here.

Michael’s Feat

This past year, NJYIP held a “Go for the Green” contest at its golf outing to benefit Michael’s Feat, a nonprofit organization established to support families caring for seriously ill newborns. Almost $1,500 was raised in this and other efforts. To learn more about Michael’s Feat, click here.

Education

The NJYIP educational programs are designed to provide you with the necessary tools to land a promotion, manage employees for the first time and successfully transition from managing to leading. Programs feature prominent industr y leaders addressing such topics as: getting noticed; empowering you and your staff to achieve; avoiding common pitfalls; inspiring a shared vision; and building team rapport.
